What happens once I’ve placed my order?
As soon as you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you an “Order Confirmation” containing your order number, items ordered, the total of your order and delivery details. Should you only pay a deposit on an item, you will need to finalise full payment before Best Price is able to initiate the order process for you. However, if you pay in full at the outset, this “Order Confirmation” serves as a receipt, and you will be contacted to arrange delivery.


How can I track the progress of my order?
You can check the status of your order by emailing us at sales@bestfurnitureonline.com.au or by calling us on (02) 9907 0099. One of our customer service team will ensure you know exactly where everything is!

Something is not working when I am ordering from the website. Who can I talk to?

If you experience technical difficulties using the website, please email or call us with details of the problem. We have a dedicated technical crew who will address the problem as soon as s possible. If this happens, you are most welcome to contact us directly in order to make the purchase through one of our customer service agents.

Do you deliver Nationally? 

Although we have been servicing the Northern beaches exclusively for over 20 years, Bestfurnitureonline now offer all Australians the opportunity to have their furniture delivered to their front door. That's right, now you can get unbelievable furniture at unreal prices from the big yellow building to anywhere in Australia! 

Because of the variations in terms of delivery charges to areas in Australia, we ask you please to contact us for a quote on delivery charges associated with your item. Our friendly staff will assist you to get the best possible rates! Just call us!

What is the cost of delivery?
Best Price Furniture has been in business for over 20 years. We charge an unbelievable $49 for anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area. If however you suspect you are located in a region that we do not accommodate with this rate, please call us directly and we will quote you on the delivery charge. We can be contacted on (02) 9907 0099.

Furthermore, you are more than welcome to pick up your goods from our showroom/warehouse for FREE!

How many days till my items arrive?
Best Price Furniture is committed to efficient and effective delivery of your orders. It is our goal to be able to deliver your goods within 5 – 14 working days of your order being placed with us. However please note the following:
As a result of our extensive range (many of which are customised and imported) there are occasions where products are not immediately available and may take longer to make and therefore deliver. With this in mind, it is always our intention to ensure that you are kept aware of the process and as such encourage you to keep in touch with us during the course of the process to ensure you know what the status is of your product being delivered.
As soon as we have received your order, our team get to work on getting your product to you. As soon as the product arrives in our warehouse or needs to be dispatched to your home or office, one of our team will be in contact with you to discuss delivery times. Our delivery window is typically 4 hours during weekdays, and by appointment on Saturdays.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, of course. Our showroom is located at 267 – 269 Condamine Street, Manlyvale, Sydney. Our service team will assist you with loading the product into your vehicle and getting you on your way.
Please be sure when you place your order, to detail this instruction to ensure our delivery team knows to prepare your order at our showroom, for collection.

Which days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Every attempt is made to fit directly into your schedule to get your goods to you at a convenient time. One of our customer service team will discuss the delivery of goods to your home.


What will happen on the day of delivery?
As soon as we have received your order, a delivery time will be arranged. This will take place during a 4 hour window period. As this may not always be convenient, we can narrow it down by calling you on the day. This means we can give you a two hour window period; making the process easier for you. We will endeavour to deliver your products on time, and we require that someone is at the delivery address when the delivery arrives.
Should nobody be on site to meet us, we will ensure that a card and phone number is left so that we can reschedule. In such a situation, unless a specific delivery day has been pre-arranged, we will redeliver your products at no additional cost. However if a specific day has been pre-arranged and there is no-one at the address, a minimal redelivery fee will be applied.

What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
Everything is done to ensure that the products you ordered are delivered in their new state. If you suspect anything has been done to the product in transit, kindly contact us immediately. It would be beneficial to us if you could take photos to illustrate the problem so that we can provide this to the courier company on investigation.

Please contact us immediately on (02) 9907 0099. If you are unable to contact us immediately, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the items. We will happily replace any items found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to alter or cancel any items within your order, please call us on (02) 9907 0099. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched from our showroom, we are unable to cancel or amend it. In cases like this, you will need to follow our Returns and Exchange procedures.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

At Best Price Furniture we pride ourselves on customer service, and as such want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt. NSW Department of Fair Trading terms will be applied to all exchanges.


All items returned must be unused, in original undamaged condition and contained within the original packaging. All delivery and incidental charges to return the item or deliver the new item are the customer's responsibility and any Best Price Furniture delivery fees will not be refunded. Please see our Returns and Exchange policy for more details.

How do I return my order?
For all order returns, please contact us on (02) 9907 0099, or email us at customerservice@bestfurnitureonline.com.au with your name, original order number and the item you are returning. We will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our showroom. Once the item is back at our warehouse, we will arrange for delivery of the replacement item. Any delivery and incidental charges incurred concerning returning of the item or delivery of the new item are the customer's responsibility and any Best Price Furniture delivery fees will not be refunded.

What warranties do your products carry?
Each product warranty differs from manufacturer to manufacturer; many however offer 5 to 10 year warranties on their product ranges. Full warranty details are available by calling us (02) 9907 0099 to discuss your warranty options.

How do I go about lodging a complaint?
We work hard at ensuring that our clients are always happy and when we don’t get it right, we do everything in our power to assist you to rectify the concerns. If you are unhappy with the service you receive, please contact us on (02) 9907 0099 or if you’d prefer to email us at customerservice@bestfurnitureonline.com.au we will get right back to you! If you would prefer, you can write to Head Office located at 267-269 Condamine Street, Manlyvale, Sydney, 2093.

Every complaint will be acknowledged on receipt and will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and effectively. You will be kept fully informed of all progress made.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (including AMEX) PayPal, BPAY, direct deposit, cash, cheque and offer interest free credit.

I worry about the security of my details. Do you ensure my data is safe?
We take data security very seriously a Best Price Furniture. That’s why we use an SSL system for all credit card payments. All card payments are authorized using a Secure Sockets Layer system (SSL) which ensures the security of all payments processed. You can be assured that we will always treat your data confidentially and with the utmost of care.

When do I pay?

All credit card payments will be processed once you have clicked the “Submit My Order” button. If you pay by BPAY, PayPal or Direct Debit, you will need to pay the full price in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 7 days from the date of your Order Confirmation. If we have not received payment within 7 days from this date, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Please note that your order will only be delivered once full payment is received and we have contacted you to arrange a delivery date.

Do you offer interest free financing?
Yes we do! However in order to finalise the detail regarding this, kindly visit our showroom at 267-269 Condamine Street, Manlyvale, Sydney, 2093. Our friendly staff will assist you to work out the details.

Can I pay by cash or cheque?
At Best Price Furniture, we make payments as easy as possible. In order to transact by either cheque or cash, you will need to visit our showrooms however, which are located at 267 – 269 Condamine Street, Manlyvale, Sydney. We only accept COD by prior arrangement with one of our consultants.


I would like to pay by phone! Can I do this?
If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please call us on (02) 9907 0099 with your order number and credit card details. One of our customer service consultants will assist you through the process and ensure that we get your order processed immediately.

We at Best Price Furniture are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We use secure server software (SSL) which is some of the best security software available and ensures fully secure transactions. This software encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, which means the information cannot be read when it travels over the Internet. This encryption technique is certified by Geotrust, an internationally respected certification body for internet sites.
Your credit card details will never be stored on our system, and system connected to the internet or the Best Price Furniture server. Your personal information, such as your name and address, will be stored on our server simply for your convenience, and to make customer service enquiries possible, but will be kept behind a password protected gateway. To further ensure your privacy, make sure you sign out after shopping at Best Price Furniture, especially if you are using a shared computer.

Privacy Policy
Today, privacy is a top priority for anyone using the internet. It remains our top priority. All your personal details are kept strictly confidential and any information given to us is used solely for order processing. Should any third parties request any personal information, this will, under no circumstances, be passed on without your consent.
